The Opportunity
We are partnering with an early-stage data center developer building a significant portfolio of hyperscale AI and digital infrastructure campuses across North America.

We are seeking an accomplished delivery executive to work directly alongside the SVP of Data Center Delivery, leading multiple large-scale developments while helping build the teams, processes, and delivery standards required to support rapid growth.

This is a hands-on executive leadership opportunity for someone who has personally delivered major data center programs, understands construction from the ground up, and can confidently represent the owner with customers, contractors, and strategic partners.

We are looking for a builder, not a caretaker.

What You Will Lead

• Oversee multiple hyperscale data center developments from preconstruction through commissioning and Ready for Service (RFS).
• Drive accountability across schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, contractor performance, and customer commitments.
• Lead Project Directors and site delivery teams, challenging GC schedules, forecasts, change orders, and recovery plans.
• Identify delivery risks early and drive solutions that protect critical milestones.
• Partner with the SVP to build and scale the delivery organization, including recruiting and developing key leadership talent.
• Establish consistent standards for project governance, cost controls, scheduling, contractor management, commissioning, and turnover.
• Serve as a senior owner representative with hyperscale customers, contractors, consultants, and strategic partners.
• Provide executive leadership with clear visibility into portfolio performance, critical risks, and key decisions.

What You Bring

• 20+ years of progressive construction, project management, or infrastructure delivery experience.
• Significant, hands-on experience delivering large-scale hyperscale data center developments.
• Proven leadership across multiple projects, campuses, or regional delivery programs.
• Direct accountability for project outcomes, including cost, schedule, commissioning, and turnover.
• Experience building and leading high-performing construction and project delivery teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing major general contractors and engineering partners.
• Executive-level customer and stakeholder management experience.
• The ability to operate decisively in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Direct hyperscale data center delivery experience is essential.

The Ideal Background
We are particularly interested in executives with experience across multiple sides of the construction ecosystem:

• General Contractor → Construction / Project Management Consultancy → Data Center Developer / Operator
• Experience delivering 200MW+ hyperscale campuses, leading multi-campus portfolios, managing multiple Project Directors, or building delivery organizations through significant growth would be highly valued.
