Information you give us: name, email, phone, company, and any details you include in a form or your résumé. We collect this to respond to inquiries, match candidates to roles, and manage client and candidate relationships.

We use your information only for the purposes for which it was collected: recruiting, placement, client service, and related communication. We do not sell your personal information.

West End Workforce Inc. operates alongside an affiliated United States entity. Some personal information may be stored or processed in the United States for administrative, billing, or systems purposes, and is therefore subject to US law, including lawful access by US authorities.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent, by contacting info@westendworkforce.com. We respond within timelines required by PIPEDA.

Where we send commercial electronic messages, we do so with your consent as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every message includes an unsubscribe mechanism.
